Policies & Procedures
ENROLMENT AGE
Age recommendations for drawing lessons are 3-12 years; and for painting classes - 8+ years.
REGISTER EARLY
It is important to join the classes from beginning, as basics would be taught in the first few classes. Please register early since class size is limited.
REFUNDS
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you asked for. But you can choose to cancel your contract, and receive a refund for unconsumed services, if the service has a major problem.
Tuition refunds may be given if there are extenuating circumstances requiring withdrawal from class. All refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. A $20 processing fee is non-refundable.
SICK CHILDREN
If children are too sick to go to school, they are too sick for Draw ‘n’ Learn. It is important that the children with contagious conditions, such as chicken pox, flu etc. do not attend the class.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to amend any class, teacher, or schedule. In such circumstances, we endeavour to provide a substitute teacher of equal standing. Should any class have to be cancelled due to insufficient enrollments, all students enrolled in that class will be contacted and an alternative class arranged or a full refund/credit provided.
MAKING THE MOST OF DRAW ‘N’ LEARN
Plan to arrive about 5 minutes early for class. Arriving a little before class provides time for your child to settle in to the creative environment. We do request that food items be kept out of class.
MISSED CLASSES
There are no credits or refunds in fees if your child misses a class without prior notice.
PHOTOGRAPHY
At times we take photos of children and artworks during classes. These photos will only be used for promotional purposes for Draw'n' Learn, (brochures, social media, editorials and our website etc.). These photos will never be sold and are used exclusively by and for Draw'n' Learn. Your consent applies as a Condition of Enrollment unless you notify us otherwise, in writing.
STUDENT CONDUCT
We expect all students to respect fellow Draw'n' Learn students, teachers, artworks, art materials and the all property on the premises. Discrimination on the grounds of age, race, gender, sexuality, physical or intellectual disability or religion will not be tolerated. If a child exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behaviour we reserve the right to request parents remove their child from a class, from the remainder of the term or holiday program, without a refund of fees.
